We spent another day at Eaglestone Rock, marveling at the stark beauty of the landscape near Nungarin. The textures and colours shift constantly with the changing light, keeping things interesting.

The rock formations themselves are a testament to time and the elements. We always appreciate seeing how wind and water have shaped the sandstone over millennia.

The erosion patterns are quite dramatic. We find ourselves constantly wondering about the geological forces at play. We managed to discover some interesting formations around the base of the rock.

Naturally, we stayed to witness another sunset. This time the colors were unbelievable. The sky truly put on a show.

We really appreciate ending our days in Western Australia like this. Another wonderful day in our home state.
