Somewhere along the way, there was an urge for a decent loaf of bread. Luckily, fate, or perhaps just good signage, led us to Colton, South Australia.
The Colton Bakehouse is quite the sight. This isn’t your average, run-of-the-mill bakery; it has character. The weathered signs promising baked goods, the quirky orange pump turned art piece, and the overall rustic charm immediately caught our attention. It's the kind of place where you just *know* the bread is worth every dollar. And we were not disappointed. We enjoyed some perfectly fresh bread. Simple food, perfect location.
