The Great Ocean Road has been on our list for years, so setting off to finally see it was a thrill. Our trip brought us to Princetown, Victoria, a quaint little town that serves as the perfect base for exploring one of Australia's most iconic landscapes: The Twelve Apostles.

The sheer scale of these limestone stacks rising from the Southern Ocean is truly something to behold. You can sense the power of the ocean, slowly but surely carving away at the coastline, creating these geological wonders.

The erosion is evident, and you know that with enough time, these majestic structures will eventually succumb to the relentless waves.

We spent a good portion of the day simply taking in the view from various vantage points. It's difficult to capture the grandeur of the scene in photos, but we did our best. The colours of the cliffs, the turquoise water, and the sky all seemed to blend together in a captivating display.

Of course, we couldn't leave without documenting our own presence at this world-renowned site. You can see the Apostles in the background there; it's a bit more impressive in person, we promise.

We managed to get a snapshot of ourselves with the Twelve Apostles as a reminder of this stunning destination.
