Our stop in Yarram, Victoria, proved to be a delightful immersion into art and history, with a healthy dose of small-town charm. The most striking feature of Yarram is undoubtedly the collection of large-scale murals dotted throughout the town.

The mural on the side of the building depicting the dairy farmer and his cows is truly impressive, a vibrant tribute to the region's agricultural heritage. The scale is astonishing, practically transforming the building into a canvas.
Continuing our stroll, we came across a touching tribute to essential workers.

The artwork features frontline staff and is a prominent expression of gratitude and unity.
Architecture aficionados will find much to appreciate in Yarram. The Traralgon National Hotel stands as a stately reminder of a bygone era.

The building's unique design and well-preserved facade provide a tangible link to the town's rich history. The former Shire Hall is a beautiful building.

The brickwork is incredible.
Not to be missed is the mural dedicated to sheep shearing.

It is located in a laneway, so keep an eye out for it. The detail captures rural life. It features a farmer with his sheep and his working dogs.
Even the everyday scenery in Yarram is picture-worthy.

The crepe myrtle trees, bursting with vibrant purple blossoms, added a splash of color to the streetscapes.
