Our exploration of the New South Wales coast led us to Eden, a town whose beauty is truly captivating. The interplay of colours is what struck us most vividly

. The gold of the sandy beaches, the deep blue of the Pacific, and the vibrant green of the coastal vegetation create a stunning panorama.
We spent a good portion of the day simply walking along the shore, enjoying the sound of the waves and the feel of the sand between our toes

. The rock formations here are quite remarkable. The way the waves crash against the ancient rocks provided excellent photo opportunities.
The local swimming area is an unexpected find. It’s a man-made tidal pool set amongst a rocky landscape

. The waters are clear and clean, an appealing alternative to the open ocean on a windy day. There were kids swimming, a happy reminder that summer is not far away.
However, the absolute highlight of our visit to Eden was our exploration of the area's unique geological formations. Red cliffs plunge into the azure waters

. The contrast is simply breathtaking. We were mesmerized by the colours and the textures of the rock faces. Some folks were swimming in the clear waters at the base of the cliffs.
The geological beauty of Eden is unforgettable

. The layers of rock, exposed over millennia, tell a silent story of the earth's long history. We certainly recommend visiting. Eden is a visual feast that any traveller will appreciate.
