Corunna, New South Wales, presented us with a tranquil change of pace after our recent adventures. The peace and quiet were nearly palpable. We found a spot where we could set up comfortably.

Our clothesline, strung conveniently under the awning, proved particularly useful for airing out the laundry. Simple pleasures, really.
The coastline around Corunna is spectacularly rugged. We walked along the headland, admiring the raw power of the ocean as it crashed against the rocks.

The various shades of blue and green in the water are remarkable, and the way the waves carved the rocks into intricate formations is a sight to behold. The ocean views are something to behold.

We also enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the beach.

There was a flock of Silver Gulls congregating at the water's edge, squawking contentedly. We watched them for a good while as they wandered the beach.

It's remarkable how wildlife so readily adapts to human presence, and vice versa.
Corunna offers a peaceful escape. The absence of crowds, coupled with the stunning scenery, made it a memorable stop on our journey. A delightful, if brief, respite.
