North Narooma, New South Wales, proved to be a delightful stop on our travels. The coastline is ruggedly beautiful, and the local wildlife certainly knows how to put on a show.

We started our explorations with a walk along the beach, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and the sound of the waves.
We then headed to the local wharf, a place which proved far more entertaining than anticipated. It's a good thing we brought our cameras! We noticed a rather large stingray gliding effortlessly through the clear water.

We observed it for quite a while. These creatures are majestic in their movements.
The real highlight of the day, however, was the abundance of seals. It was quite a sight to behold. A rather bold seal was resting right next to the fish cleaning station, seemingly unperturbed by human presence.

Others were lounging on nearby rocks, soaking up the sun.

One even seemed to be taking a nap right on the concrete, completely sprawled out.

We’ve seen sleepy wallabies, but this was a new level of relaxation!
We enjoyed a beautiful stroll along the boardwalk near the water, observing the views all around.

We then explored the intriguing rock formations at the water's edge.

All in all, North Narooma offered a blend of natural beauty and interesting wildlife encounters. We’d happily return.
