We left Wollongong and began our journey toward Berry, a route that promised a change of pace. Before reaching our final destination, we decided on a break at Shoalhaven.

The coastal air at Shellharbour, New South Wales, was remarkably fresh and invigorating. We observed a small, yellow boat gently bobbing in the harbor, adding a touch of color to the scene. The water was calm, clear, and inviting. A charming little beach seemed to stretch out, hugged by rocky outcrops on either side. It's the sort of quiet scene that makes you wish you had packed a fishing rod.

The houses overlooking the water clearly have prime real estate. Can't say we blame them for wanting that view every morning. The water gently lapping the shore, the peace of the harbor. It was a fine stop, and a welcome bit of relaxation on our way to Berry.
