Stopping near Jarrahdale, Western Australia, we often find ourselves observing other travellers and their setups. It's not that we're dissatisfied with our current arrangement, far from it, but a bit of harmless envy is only human, right? We sometimes catch ourselves dreaming of other rigs, wondering what it would be like to navigate the roads in something different. The 19th of August proved to be one of those days.
We spotted a truly impressive rig.

This behemoth wasn't towing a caravan, it *was* the caravan. A semi-truck converted into a tow vehicle for a massive fifth-wheeler. We watched as the owner meticulously checked the connections, preparing to hit the road. The whole thing looks like something out of a road train. We can only imagine the experience of driving such a setup. The turning circle would be a thing to behold. Maybe one day we'll get to try something like that out for ourselves. But for now, we can only dream.
