After leaving the factory, we decided to take in the views from The Hummock Lookout in Qunaba, Queensland.
The landscape spread before us was quite impressive, a mix of the Pacific Ocean, coastal homes, and the rich red soil of the farmland. It's always interesting to find these elevated vantage points; they really give you a sense of the area.
It happened to be Phil's birthday, so we decided to mark the occasion. A quick detour to a local shop, and we were armed with a small gift a small unicorn and, more importantly, cupcakes. You simply can't celebrate a birthday without cupcakes.
. We're not sure if it was the sweets or the company, but Phil was a happy man. Birthdays on the road can be quite memorable.
